"Karen Jones," you say. "You might
have done it because you wanted the machine to be free for everyone
then we wouldn't pollute the air anymore and people wouldn't fall
ill." You look at her.
"But, I…," she stammers. Then you see her straighten herself. "I
never did it, Inspector."
"It could have been you," you say, "because we have only got General
Hughes' word that you were in the bar at the times when the plans
were stolen." You see she is angry so you move to General Duncan
Hughes. He is sitting next to Karen.
